I completely understand why you have all suggested classes and under normal circumstances that is what I would do.
At present classes aren’t an option as I’m currently dealing with another health issue which leaves me sick and dizzy pretty much 24/7
I know movement is good for this issue so at least if i can start with this at home and have to stop or dash off to be sick (sorry) I can do so in my own home.

For me I would like to help myself with strength/flexibility
