It’s a triage service, I’ve just called them to be told despite the fact that it says 48hrs for initial assessment and referral onto either physio, orthopedics etc within 7 days of gp apt, it’s actually 14 days before I’ll be contacted about the outcome of initial triage who won’t see me will just judge on notes. This on top of spending 20 hours in a&e to get nowhere.
And they wonder why people go off themselves
