The cut off point for the nhs is anywhere between 100 and 200. It should be up around a 1,000 in an ideal world. Mine runs about 1700 and thats not considered an issue. Yours too low but not low enough to indicate you have pernicious aneamia (where you cant digest B12 effectively) or a serious deficiency. So, and bear in mind I’m not a doctor, but I have been there done that with this, I would take a high strength supplement. You can get 5000mg tablets easily. I think you will feel better, but thats not your main issue.
I’m a type 1, get ready to be told this is normal for diabetics. Its not. Did they do vitamin D, folate, ferritin and thyroid?
B12/vit D/thyroid issues tend to run hand in hand. With yours being on the lower side but not properly deficient I’d be expecting one of the others to be out of wack somewhere.
