Doesn’t quite make sense, I would have thought a cataract would have impacted both near and distance vision.
Distance: Right sphere -1 Cylinder -2, Left sphere -0.25 Cylinder -0.5
Near: Right sphere +1 Cylinder -2, Left sphere +1.75 Cylinder -0.5
That make any sense?
What I would say is that if you’re feeling pressured or suspect commission is an incentive, then maybe it’s time to try a different optician?
I wouldn’t say pressured. it’s more that I was expecting a referral for a right eye cataract operation and suddenly she’s chucking all these options at me. I didn’t even know varifocal implants were a thing?
