I’m real sorry to hear about your injury, but I have to disagree with your approach to it. Your doctor has advised you to rest and take it easy, and that is exactly what you should be doing. Pushing yourself to play football again before your injury has fully healed could result in even more damage to your knee and potentially permanent issues.
Everyone’s healing process is different. Just because someone else may have had a similar injury and been back to playing football quickly, it doesn’t mean that will be the case for you. You need to listen to your body and give it the time it needs to heal properly.
As for treatments and exercises, it’s best to consult with your doctor or a physical therapist who can give you tailored advice based on your individual injury and needs. Don’t rely on advice from others who may not have the exact same injury to give you advice on what helped them.
In short, be patient and take the proper steps to ensure your injury heals properly before attempting to get back to playing football. Your long-term health and ability to continue playing the sport you love depend on it. Hope this helps 🙂
