It can be really tough when we feel like something about ourselves is holding us back. But remember, your height does not define you or your worth as a person you are perfect just the way you are.
In terms of other ways to increase height, unfortunately there aren’t any proven methods that are safe and effective. Your best bet would be to practise good posture by standing up straighter.. but that can be easier said then done. Using a posture corrector may help. Also I like the suggestion of wearing height increasing insoles from Finn I can see how they could really help boost your height but not in an obvious way like high heels do.
Your height is just a small part of who you are. You have so many other amazing qualities that make you unique and special as a person just remember that next time you are feeling down about how tall you are.
