Here my top tips when I had plantar fasciitis that seemed to work for me:
Shoe choice is key. If you’ve been wearing shoes that don’t support your arch well, or are worn out, they could contribute to this problem. Ice therapy can also help in reducing inflammation. Try rolling your foot over a frozen water bottle after runs. Rest is also just as important as any treatment. Giving your feet a break from high-impact activities like running will allow them to recover.
