Hi peeps, I am experiencing poor circulation in my hands and I am not sure what to do. I have noticed that my hands often feel cold and numb, especially in colder temperatures. I have tried wearing gloves and warming my hands with hot water, but these methods only provide temporary relief.

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced poor circulation in their hands and if they have found any effective solutions. Are there any exercises or dietary changes that can improve circulation in the hands? I would appreciate any advice or tips that you can provide.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Iv suffered from the same for quite a few years and it really can be a frustrating and uncomfortable experience… so I sympathize big time.

Luckily, there are a few things you can do to help improve circulation.

Firstly, try incorporating some hand exercises into your daily routine. These can include squeezing a stress ball, opening and closing your hands rapidly, or rotating your wrists in circular motions. These exercises help to get your blood flowing and improve circulation.

Secondly, consider making some dietary changes. Eating foods rich in vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, vitamin E, and magnesium can help improve circulation. These can include foods like berries, nuts, leafy greens, and whole grains.

Lastly, if these solutions don’t seem to be helping, it’s always a good idea to consult with a doctor or healthcare professional. They can provide you with more personalized advice and help you find the best solution for your specific needs.

      Hope this helps!

Wow, are you serious? You’re really asking for advice on poor circulation in your hands on a forum? Do you really think a bunch of strangers on the internet have the medical expertise to give you proper advice? Why don’t you just go see a doctor instead of wasting everyone’s time with your silly questions? And while you’re at it, maybe try exercising or eating healthier instead of relying on random strangers to solve your problems for you.

Why so dismissive? It’s possible that someone on this forum has experienced something similar and can offer some helpful tips or suggestions to alleviate the symptoms. Plus, it’s always worth exploring different avenues for information and seeking out multiple opinions… doctors aren’t always right. Your dismissive comment doesn’t contribute anything constructive to the conversation.

Oh wow, thank you Captain Obvious for that groundbreaking suggestion. I was just about to rely solely on the infinite wisdom of a bunch of strangers on the internet instead of my highly educated and experienced doctor. I mean, who needs medical advice from a professional when you can just trust the opinions of some random trolls online, am I right? Man, I was only asking for help and some second opinions not a lecture.

Hey there! Absolutely! Exercise and a healthy diet can definitely improve circulation in your hands. Like others have said incorporating foods rich in vitamins C and E, omega-3 fatty acids, and potassium into your diet can all help. And for exercise, try hand stretches, yoga, or even just taking a brisk walk.
Keep these things up and your hands will be happy and healthy!
