I suffered from PF for years and tried just about everything out there- Ultrasound, cortazone injections, stretching, strange socks and splints, physio, various different gel heels and insoles then on to resin bespoke foot orthotics. Finally, in the last couple of years, a chiropodist recommended these footreviver insoles and I have never looked back. These are by far my favorite insoles to wear. I have had flat feet all my life which means if I’m on them for too long my feet will get inflamed and start to hurt like nobody’s business If I’m not careful. I need a lot of arch support in my shoes and these give my feet just the right amount of support that I need even if I’m on my feet for ages stood around on hard concrete flooring!
