These are very good… does exactly as described. Putting these inside my shoes have made me a good couple inches taller and I love it!

These height increasing insoles are really comfortable to wear and they have given me 2 inches more height which is just super! The only negative thing about these is that they are a little wide and bulky meaning they will only really fit inside boots. I would suggest getting the gel heel lifts available on yourphysiosupplies instead for wearing inside normal shoes.

I wear these all the time now because and they are so good! They increased my height by 3 inches and it feels great! The best part is that nobody will know you are wearing them as they get hidden inside your shoes and there are no obvious/tell tale signs that you got them on… Well the only clue would be the sudden boost in your height.
